5.3 Dissemination of Results and Sustainability Plan
This Final Dissemination of Results and Sustainability Plan Report constitute the concluding deliverable of Work Package 5 and serves as the official record of all dissemination and communication activities carried out between Month 1 and Month 30 of the project (December 2023 – May 2026). Its primary purpose is twofold: to provide the European Commission with a transparent and evidence-based account of how the YHELD consortium fulfilled its dissemination obligations under the grant agreement, and to document the cumulative reach, quality, and impact of the communication efforts undertaken across the full project duration.
The report is grounded in data systematically collected through the Dissemination and Communication Reporting Tool, which all consortium partners were required to update on a regular basis throughout the project. This tool served as the central monitoring instrument for tracking dissemination actions across three main categories — online dissemination, stakeholder and policy maker engagement, and printed or event-based outreach — and enabled the consortium to maintain a consistent, verifiable record of activities regardless of the operational context of individual partners.

YHELD DELIVERABLE 5.4: PRESS RELEASES
Press releases were drafted by the project coordinator (Link Campus University) and WP5 lead (SASS), with contributions from work package leaders and partner institutions following key project milestones and events. Each release was prepared in English and translated into Arabic to reach Yemeni partner institutions, academic staff, and local stakeholders directly.
Press releases were disseminated through the following channels:
• The official YHELD project website (www.yheld.net) 6
• Institutional websites and newsletters of consortium partners
• Social media channels of partner organisations
• Direct distribution to partner Yemeni universities for local dissemination

MANUAL HOW TO USE YHELD E-LEARNING PLATFORM: DELIVERABLE 2.2
The Yemeniti Higher Education Leading to Development of relint offices (YHELD) Erasmus+ Project aims to bolster digital education infrastructure across Yemeni higher education institutions by developing and deploying a centralized e-learning platform. In the Yemeni context marked by ongoing conflict, systemic fragility, and limited digital capacity, the project seeks to improve access to learning, facilitate remote teaching, and strengthen institutional resilience through technology.

ASSESSMENT ON INTERNATIONALISATION TRAINING NEEDS: DELIVERABLE 2.1
This report presents and synthesise the results of the second survey assessing the current training and teaching needs of Yemeni universities in the area of internationalisation. The survey was conducted one year after the initial needs assessment and follows the implementation of training courses delivered in December 2024 under the YHELD project.

YHELD STRATEGY AND PLANS FOR DISSEMNIATION COMMUNICATION AND SUSTAINABILITY: DELIVERABLE 5.1
This Dissemination, Communication, and Exploitation Strategy outlines the framework for how the YHELD project (Yemeni Higher Education Leading to Development of relint offices) will ensure maximum visibility, impact, and sustainability of its activities and results. As part of the Erasmus+ CBHE initiative, YHELD addresses the critical need to enhance the internationalisation capacity of Yemeni Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in a post-conflict context by establishing International Relations Offices (IROs) and integrating international cooperation strategies.
